We are proud to be recognized as one of the top law firms in North Carolina by our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Real Estate Closer, for transactions in NC, SC, and GA. The Closer makes sure that all files are ready to go, all parties involved are informed, and that all closings go off without a hitch at the closing table.
In this key role, the Closer will be customer‑centric; You care about quality, doing things right, and getting the job done. Manage Distribution Emails and make sure all emails are responded to within our firm policies - be able to distinguish what goes through our software or distribution e‑mail to be answered by the Closer vs Pre‑Closer Agent/Buyer/Seller Communications
Buyer/Buyer's Agent/Lender communication regarding questions about closing, builder, document status, figures, and updates to all parties
HUD/ALTA Preparation/Revisions/Balancing with lender/Balancing Register, etc.
Monitor and assist Pre‑Closer by practicing great file ownership and accountability
Send final title documents to the title company insuring the transaction
High school diploma
2+ years of real estate closing experience with a law firm, title or lending company is required.
Customer‑centric - the customer always comes first!
Must have strong computer skills and proficiency and a working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet programs
Eligible for annual bonuses based on performance
