As a Nationally Certified Interpreter your role is to delight our customers each and everyday with your talent and skills to provide access to our deaf community in a variety of settings. This includes a hybrid work experience as an on-site and virtual interpreter as a government contractor.

Actively participate in the creation, implementation, and success of creating and maintaining a culture that embraces everyone, that demonstrates a psychological safe place to work daily, empowers and advocates for employees.

Demonstrate a guiding principle of continuous improvement, personal and professional development, and initiative.

Make ongoing recommendations and solutions on improving systems, processes, and other administrative tasks.

Demonstrated commitment and practical application of these principles.

Proactively makes recommendations to enhance our internal customer’s experience within each Division and/or company.

Familiar with business operations and demonstrate excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, team building, and innovative thinking.

Determines appropriate tools, information, resources, and training needed to resolve technical and instructional accessibility barriers.

Hold National Certification from the Registry of Interpreters of the Deaf (RID).

Security Clearance Required.
