Position Overview\n Serenity Springs Wellness Center is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will provide essential mental health services, focusing on the unique needs of students and their families in a community health clinic setting. Work Environment\n This is a full-time remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from a location that suits you while remaining fully engaged with our team. You will connect with colleagues across various disciplines through virtual platforms, participating in team meetings and case discussions to ensure continuity of care and collaboration. Though your primary duties focus on mental health support, your input will help shape initiatives that enhance our overall service delivery.

Conduct thorough mental health assessments, taking into account each student’s history, presenting issues, and risk factors to inform treatment planning. \Develop customized treatment plans that align with the individualized needs of students, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy. \Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, helping students cultivate emotional resilience, regulate their emotions, and develop effective coping strategies. \Provide crisis intervention services, utilizing established de-escalation techniques to support students in distress while coordinating care referrals as necessary. \Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners, to create a cohesive treatment approach that addresses various mental health challenges. \Deliver psychoeducation to students and families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources available to them. \Maintain meticulous documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards. \Engage in multidisciplinary meetings to share insights and stay informed about the latest best practices in mental health care. \Patient Population / Client Focus\n Your primary focus will be on supporting students from diverse backgrounds, each facing unique mental health challenges. Understanding the cultural and personal contexts of your clients will enable you to provide empathetic and effective care tailored to their specific needs.

A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required. \Valid LCSW licensure in the state of Colorado is mandatory. \Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health or educational settings is required. \In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatments, and trauma-informed care practices is essential. \Strong ability to conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans based on thorough diagnoses. \Experience providing both individual and group therapies using diverse therapeutic modalities. \Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating relationship-building with a wide range of clients. \A keen awareness of ethical and professional standards that govern social work practices. \Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency in digital communication tools. \Preferred Experience\n Experience working within school environments or community-based clinics is advantageous. Familiarity with educational policies related to mental health services will enhance your ability to navigate and advocate within school systems effectively.
