Inpatient Physical Therapist
Location: Derry, NH

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours/week; 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Four 9-hour shifts per week with rotating weekends.

Job Description: The Inpatient Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating and treating patients to improve their physical function and mobility. The therapist will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, providing individualized care plans and utilizing advanced therapy techniques.

Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs.

Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient goals.

Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patient outcomes.

Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Valid New Hampshire Physical Therapist license.

BLS certification required.

Prior experience in acute inpatient physical therapy with proficiency in evaluations and treatment.

Ability to prioritize caseload effectively.
