Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our behavioral health team. In this role, you will provide exceptional nursing care to children, adolescents, and adults in a therapeutic environment while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery and treatment goals.

Provide comprehensive nursing care to behavioral health patients.

Perform nursing assessments and develop individualized plans of care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including daily nursing notes.

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other clinical staff to implement treatment plans and measurable goals.

Foster a safe, therapeutic environment that promotes healing and protects patient rights.

Participate actively in treatment team meetings and care coordination efforts.

Serve as a mentor and resource to fellow nursing staff.

Advocate for patient needs while maintaining the highest standards of care and safety.

Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility to practice under a compact license.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Commitment to delivering patient-centered care.

Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric nursing, or pediatric nursing.

Previous inpatient psychiatric care experience.

Knowledge of mental health assessment, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.

12-hour shifts

• Day Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
• Night Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
