Echocardiographer- Ultrasound
Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc.
Role Pediatric Cardiac Sonographer providing advanced echocardiogram imaging for pediatric patients in a specialized heart center.
Responsibilities Perform and prepare patients for echocardiograms across hospital units, outpatient clinics, and surgical labs.
Ensure high-quality imaging.
Monitor patient data.
Maintain equipment quality and participate in performance improvements.
Assist with accreditation processes.
Take emergency call.
Ensure safety and adherence to policies.
Support professional development and mentorship.
Qualifications Graduate of accredited sonography or related program.
Certification in Basic or Advanced Life Support.
Registration as RCS, RCCS, or RDCS.
Ability to lift/maneuver patients.
Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
Key Skills Proficiency with advanced ultrasound equipment (e.g., Philips IE 33, GE).
Excellent patient communication.
Attention to detail.
Commitment to quality care.
Experience with complex congenital hearts.
Familiarity with hospital-based imaging environments.
