Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility support)
Provide companionship and engagement -conversation, walks, activities
Support clients with meal prep, light housekeeping, and errands
Follow the client's personalized care plan and document visit notes
Communicate updates to families and the care team
Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
Smartphone for scheduling and care documentation
Ability to pass Level 2 background check and screenings
Experience in caregiving (home care, CNA, HHA, senior care, or family caregiving) is a plus-but we provide training for the right person!
Part-Time: Flexible shifts (morning, mid-day, or afternoon)
Full-Time: Consistent day schedules (4-5 shifts/week, 6-8 hours each)
Sarasota (Downtown, Palmer Ranch, Gulf Gate, Fruitville, South Sarasota, Siesta Key, and surrounding neighborhoods)
Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
