Defend employers in employment-related litigation and administrative proceedings

Handle matters before federal and state courts and administrative agencies (e.g., Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery

Advise employers on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

Draft and review employment policies, handbooks, agreements, and contracts

JD from an accredited law school

5+ years of experience practicing employment law on the defense side

Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations

Litigation experience, including motion practice and discovery
