Machine Minder (2nd Shift)

This is an onsite, contract-to-hire role offering a long-term career path, hands-on training, and advancement opportunities.Compensation: $18.00-$38.00 per hour DOE, plus shift differential opportunities for off-shifts. Overtime available. Excellent benefits upon permanent hire.What your day looks likeYou’ll begin by reviewing prints and GD&T, planning setups, and verifying tooling. From there, you’ll run complex parts on Swiss-type lathes and CNC lathes, measure critical features with micrometers and calipers, and make offset or program tweaks to hold tight tolerances. You’ll collaborate with teammates on safety and quality, document results, and keep the machines humming.
