Home Caregiver (Personal Care/Companion)

As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities and other needs. Your compassionate support will help clients maintain their independence and dignity while ensuring their safety and well-being. This position requires a dedicated individual who is committed to providing exceptional care in various settings, including home care, group homes, and long-term care facilities.

Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.

Monitor vital signs and report any changes in the client's condition to appropriate healthcare professionals.

Support clients in engaging in social activities and community involvement to promote their overall well-being.

Document care provided and any significant changes in the client's behavior or health status.

Previous experience in care-giving or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.

Familiarity with vital signs monitoring and medication administration is advantageous.

A background in nursing or home care settings is a plus.
