Overview We are hiring a skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team in Washington. The Head Baker will be responsible for creating and executing our bakery menu, overseeing production, training new staff and maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate is a Nepali citizen with a passion for baking, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team. The Head Baker should have knowledge of food safety regulations and be able to ensure compliance in the kitchen.
