Hourly Range: $32.61 – $49.28
Sign-On Bonus:
~$15,000 with 1-year commitment (new grads and experienced RNs eligible)

The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical setting, collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care across the continuum. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting patients and families physically, emotionally, and psychologically.
Patient Care & Clinical Practice
Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates individualized patient care plans
Provides care in accordance with nursing standards, best practices, and regulatory guidelines
Collaboration & Care Coordination
Works closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to achieve care goals and quality outcomes
Delegates tasks appropriately and functions as a key member of the care team
Advocates for patients and families to ensure safe, effective care
Educates patients and families on treatment plans and health needs
Promotes a supportive, compassionate care environment
Quality & Safety
Participates in quality improvement and process improvement initiatives
Follows infection prevention and safety protocols
Maintains current knowledge of evidence-based practices and regulatory standards
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state
Associate Degree in Nursing required
New graduates accepted
Prior RN experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Basic proficiency with Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office
Frequent standing, walking, and patient care activities
Exposure to infectious diseases, bloodborne pathogens, and clinical hazards
