This is not your typical telehealth position. Instead, you'll serve as a direct extension of Atlantic Health, one of New Jersey's leading health systems, providing longitudinal primary care to an established patient panel. You'll have the opportunity to build lasting patient relationships while delivering high-quality, evidence-based care through an innovative virtual platform.

Powered by advanced artificial intelligence and fully integrated with Epic, the platform prepares much of the patient visit before you ever log on. The technology reviews patient history, identifies care gaps, summarizes clinical concerns, and assists with documentation, allowing you to spend less time charting and more time caring for patients.
Unlike traditional telemedicine platforms, patients receive care through the healthcare system they already know and trust. This creates true continuity of care and a more rewarding provider experience.

Practice as a direct extension of Atlantic Health

• 100% remote longitudinal primary care
• Established patient panel with continuity of care
• AI-assisted chart preparation and virtual scribe support
• Fully integrated Epic workflow
• Flexible weekday and weekend scheduling options
• 36 clinical hours per week for full-time providers
• Approximately four patients per hour with ramp-up support
• Focus on patient care instead of administrative tasks
• Collaborate with a technology-forward care team dedicated to innovation and outcomes

Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner
Minimum of 24 months of outpatient primary care experience
Active and unrestricted New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license
Experience with Epic preferred
Passion for innovation, technology, and relationship-based primary care
Comfortable practicing in a virtual care environment
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
