The RF, ASIC & MMIC Design Department is seeking a talented Senior Electrical Engineer to join our renowned RF design team.As the Senior RF Electronics Engineer, you will provide technical expertise to the analysis, design, fabrication, test, and integration of complex RF Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) that supports radar and datalink applications on a tactical missile program. Critical to this role is designing RF/Digital circuitries for challenging mechanical constraints and extreme environments. You will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, mission-critical solutions that align with program goals and timelines.Design of circuit card assemblies (CCAs) with RF or mixed signals.Create and ensure proper review of all documentation for the CCA, including analyses, schematics, interface drawings, test plans, and specifications.Partner with interdisciplinary teams - power, digital, mechanical, etc.Ensure compliance with technical performance standards and program requirements.Qualifications You Must Have:Typically requires a Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).RF, analog, digital, and power electronics test methodology and troubleshooting, RF circuit card design and fabrication, Simulation and analysis of RF products.Signal generator, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, Xpedition Schematic/Layout Tool or equivalent, SystemVue/Genesys or equivalent or Advanced Design System (ADS) or equivalent,High Frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS) or equivalent.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. Ability to obtain INTERIM U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain special program access after start.Advanced degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related engineering discipline.Working across domains on complex projects.Strong knowledge of RF/Digital electronics and practical experience across all phases of the product development lifecycle.Expertise in design and testing of areas such as:Cascade analysis and/or frequency planning, Circuit card assembly design and fabrication, High-speed data converter test/characterization.Designing or testing RF hybrid (chip & wire) technologies.Proficiency in writing Python scripts to automate test equipment control.Background in designing for manufacturability, producibility, and cost constraints, including yield and margin analysis.What We Offer:Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
