The Cocktail Server is responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. This role focuses on creating an engaging guest experience by taking drink and food orders, delivering items promptly, and maintaining a clean and organized service area. The Cocktail Server is a non-exempt position that reports directly to the General Manager and indirectly to other members of the management team.
Take accurate beverage and food orders while making recommendations based on guest preferences and menu knowledge.
Deliver drinks and food items to tables and bar seats with correct placement and timing.
Maintain knowledge of all menu and bar items to confidently answer guest inquiries.
Follow all alcohol service laws and company policies regarding responsible beverage service.
Maintain clean and organized service stations, including stocking glassware, garnishes, and condiments.
Assist with bussing and cleaning tables as needed to support the team.
Collaborate closely with bartenders and other FOH staff to ensure seamless service.
Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Must be at least 21 years of age (or the legal minimum age to serve alcohol in the state).
Current Food Handler Safety Training Card.
Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment preferred.

Beverage, coffee, and espresso machines (if applicable)
Trays for carrying beverages and food
working with and around hot, cold, and hazardous equipment in a fast paced and congested environment that will occasionally be loud, hot, and/or physically demanding.
