Job Description Job Description Minimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required.
RPh on the Go is seeking a skilled and dedicated Infusion/Clinical Pharmacist for a contract-to-hire position at a home infusion pharmacy in Phoenix, Arizona. This role involves working with patients who have acute conditions, ensuring they receive the highest standard of pharmaceutical care.
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts within the hours of 8:00 AM - 7:30 PM, with rotating "on call" weekends.
Provide clinical consultation to patients, medical staff, and nursing teams.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including workflow management and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Active Arizona Home Infusion Pharmacist license.
1-2 years of experience in an infusion pharmacy setting.
Experience with CareTend software is a plus.
Opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance.
