Job Description Couples & Relationships Therapist
Full-time or Part-time | W2 | Hybrid or In-person
Pre-licensed clinicians encouraged to apply — LPC, LSW, and AMFT candidates receive free supervision toward full licensure.
Pay: Fee-for-service W2 position. Schedule: Full-time (~25 sessions/week) or part-time (15–20 sessions/week). One evening shift and one weekend shift per week required.

Therapists earn a percentage of collected session revenue, based on experience and licensure level.

We're upfront about the evening and weekend requirement because couples work happens when couples are both available. If those shifts don't fit your life right now, we'd rather tell you here than three interviews in.

Active Illinois license, or actively in pursuit — LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, AMFT, PsyD, or PhD
Prior private practice experience is a plus but not required.
Gottman Method training, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Imago, or AAMFT certification. Systems: Comfortable with Google Suite and TherapyNotes, or willing to learn.
