On-site, Inpatient Psychiatric Unit / Behavioral Health
Shift: 12-hour nights
Shifts per Week: 3
Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,980 - $2,300
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas or a valid compact state RN license
Minimum 1 year recent experience in psychiatric nursing, behavioral health, or mental health nursing
Experience with crisis intervention, de-escalation techniques, and therapeutic patient care preferred
Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced psychiatric unit
Provide direct patient care to adults/adolescents with psychiatric and behavioral health needs
Administer and monitor psychiatric medications, observe and document patient responses
Perform psychiatric assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the treatment team
Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and adhere to behavioral health facility protocols
Accurately document clinical observations, progress notes, and discharge planning
