Client Support / Sales Rep

Summary
A performance-driven sales role focused on achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional in-store client experiences. The Client Advisor combines on-floor selling, client development and operational responsibilities to grow boutique sales and long-term client relationships. The role leverages omnichannel touchpoints and clienteling tools to meet individual KPIs and support the boutique team.

Responsibilities

Drive boutique sales by achieving individual KPIs and sales targets on the sales floor.

Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling, outreach and appointments.

Use CRM and digital tools (e.g., Salesforce) to collect and leverage client data.

Support daily store operations including inventory, cash handling, security, opening and closing procedures.

Execute visual merchandising, window presentations and maintain store presentation standards.

Coordinate aftersales processes until product return and ensure compliance with retail procedures.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in luxury retail.

Knowledge of and passion for watches, lifestyle trends and new technologies.

Proven selling skills including client discovery, storytelling, upselling and closing.

Familiarity with digital tools, CRM and POS systems (e.g., CEGID, Salesforce).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; client-centric, energetic and team-oriented.

Fluent in English; additional language a plus; adaptable and results-driven.
