American Family Insurance Agency Staff

American Family Insurance is seeking motivated individuals to become Agents who own their future as independent contractors. You’ll manage your agency, drive sales, hire and lead a local team, and build financial stability while protecting customers’ dreams.
Requirements include Property and Casualty and Life licenses, plus the ability to pass a background check. If you’re driven, entrepreneurial, and committed to customer service, this could be your path to a rewarding, scalable career.
