Full-Time Remote Attorney

LutherLanard,PC is about a unique law firm based in Newport Beach, CA, specializing in Franchise law, looking for a Dallas/Fort Worth-based attorney. We are experiencing tremendous growth and are looking for a remote or onsite full-time litigation attorney with at least 4 years of business litigation experience (experience in Franchise law is a plus), managing your own caseload and taking cases to trial. We provide structured training and mentorship to get you up to speed.

Candidates should be able to work full-time and be local to anywhere in the DFW area.

Reasonable Expectations Target 1,750 billable hours annually (including 100 creditable non‑billable hours), with plenty of room for growth and performance‑based bonuses. You’ll also receive origination credit for the business you bring in.
