Head of Project Management

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Client Services Project Manager III to independently manage a portfolio of moderate to strategic projects. The role involves end-to-end project delivery, serving as liaison between customers and internal stakeholders, and contributing to healthcare and life-science solutions.

Responsibilities

Independently manage moderate to strategic client projects from initiation through completion

Serve as primary liaison between customers and internal stakeholders for consistent execution

Lead end-to-end delivery of technical and service aspects of projects

Develop solutions to optimize project outcomes and shape client strategy

Support and provide guidance to team members on project leadership matters

Requirements

Advanced degree plus 3 years project management experience, or bachelor's degree plus 5 years

PMP certification or equivalent preferred

Life sciences, engineering, or health-related field of study preferred

Expertise in clinical trials, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry preferred

Strong budget management, forecasting, and financial tracking skills

Proficiency in Salesforce, ERP systems, MS Office, and project management tools

Experience with GMP/GxP regulations and quality management systems
