Dental Receptionist - The Endodontic Specialists

We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while helping ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our dental practice.

Our office is a fast-paced, friendly, and patient-focused environment where teamwork and excellent communication are essential. We are a growth-minded practice that values continuous improvement, professional development, and team members who are motivated to learn, contribute, and grow with us.

Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday 7am-4pm

Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication

Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records

Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry

Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of two years of previous dental front-office or dental receptionist experience

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications

The salary range for this role is $20-$25 per hour.
