The MSL is responsible for liaising with a variety of internal and external customers and providing medical and scientific information on the appropriate utilization of ADCT's product. They will serve as experts in the therapeutic area and disease state area and support the marketed product and pipeline portfolio. This includes developing peer-level relationships with customers at the national, regional and local levels, researchers, population-based decision makers in the payer community consistent with Medical Affairs objectives. This field-based position will collect field insights to inform medical affairs objectives. The position will report to the Head of Field Medical Affairs and Medical Communications.

Territory for this geography: Provide healthcare professionals (HCPs) credible, balanced, scientific information about ADCT and its product, pipeline, research activities, and ADCT product development.

Respond to unsolicited medical information requests in the field.

Maintain medical expertise and a strong understanding of hematology/oncology clinical practice.

Cover sessions and collect insights at scientific congresses.

Develop and demonstrate competencies in the understanding and communication of relevant scientific information, including but not limited to disease state, therapeutic landscape, clinical data, mechanism of action for therapeutics agents, RWE.

Collaborate with key functional leaders and project team members, building collegiate, compliant and successful teams.

Ensure alignment across functions by working in partnership with key stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree required.

Advanced degree in life sciences (MD, PharmD or PhD) preferred.

Previous experience of working within hematology oncology preferred.

Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and work effectively with minimal supervision in a constantly changing environment.

Customer-oriented - ability to meet/exceed customers' needs.

Field-based role - must be located within the pre-specified regional territory.

Travel - approximately 50-60% of the time.
