Description:
The Occupational Therapist is responsible for prioritizing start of care visits.
The therapist will supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants.
Next day mandatory reporting of start of care visits is required.
Clinical notes and other documentation are due within 48 hours of the visit.
The therapist must maintain timely communication with the supervisor, intake, and office.
Being responsive during normal business hours is essential.
The position requires coverage in a designated territory.
The schedule includes 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and rotation for one weekend a month.
Training will consist of three full days, with one being in-house and two in the field.
The documentation system utilized is Kinnser.
Equipment issued includes an iPad and communication tools.
Mileage reimbursement is provided.
A company car option is available.
There are productivity requirements in place.
Caseloads and visit mixes per day will equate to an average of 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week.
Overtime must be pre-approved by the Clinical Supervisor.
Various visit types will have assigned point values.
