Senior Claims Processor- Remote

Senior Claims Resolution Analysts are responsible for investigating and resolving complex insurance claims. They analyze claim data, review policies, communicate with policyholders and other stakeholders, and negotiate settlements. Senior analysts may also mentor and train junior analysts, provide guidance on difficult cases, and assist with process improvement initiatives. Requests additional information, when necessary, for completion of claim processing
Reviews claims for eligibility
Assists in claims cost control
Contacts individuals about claims and may provide counsel regarding the amount of benefits
Performs work under direct supervision.
