Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time | Schedule: Monday–Friday (flexible extended hours available)

What You'll Do
As our Physical Therapist, you'll carry a diverse outpatient caseload across the lifespan, delivering individualized care and helping patients achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes. Day to day, you will:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across a broad range of outpatient conditions
Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care to drive meaningful outcomes
Document care accurately and efficiently in our EMR system
Collaborate with a supportive clinical team and communicate clearly with patients and caregivers
Contribute to a positive clinic culture and patient experience that keeps referrals coming back
What We're Looking For
DPT or MPT from an accredited program (required)
Active NC PT license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
Strong clinical reasoning and confidence treating a diverse patient population
A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to perform CPR and emergency first aid
Schedule
~ Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (core hours)

Work Environment
Outpatient clinical setting with modern equipment, a collaborative team, and a patient-first philosophy. Light to moderate physical activity, including standing for extended periods, hands-on manual techniques, and use of therapeutic equipment.
