This role requires an active New York Bar license and a minimum of 2 years of law office experience to be considered.

Appear at arbitration hearings and advocate on behalf of clients
Draft position statements, briefs, and legal correspondence
Review medical records, billing documentation, and claim files
Manage an assigned caseload with guidance from senior attorneys
2+ years of law office experience

• Strong legal writing, research, and organizational skills
• Experience in litigation, arbitration, insurance defense, no-fault, personal injury, or medical billing disputes is a plus but not required
