Manage and Oversee LVN's & CNA's
Assist with Resident Admissions and Discharges.
Resident Assessment and Care Plans
Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding resident care.
Provide advice and emotional support to residents and their family members.
Make recommendations for revisions of policies, procedures, etc., to the Director of Nursing Services
Oversee and assist in developing methods for coordinating nursing services with other resident services to assure the continuity of the residents’ total regimen of care
Must have a current and active California RN License
