We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with a keen eye for design, an obsession with detail, and a love for storytelling through visual art. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a creatively rich environment where your design skills directly contribute to the branding and legacy of some of country music’s most iconic and emerging voices.

At MCA, you’re not just designing assets — you’re helping define the visual legacy of some of the most influential artists in country music. Design album packaging, promotional materials, and digital assets with a strong command of layout, typography, and print production

Execute projects from concept to final deliverables with a deep understanding of prepress and packaging workflows (especially in InDesign)

Collaborate closely with creative directors, project managers, and marketing teams to bring artist visions to life

Retouch photographs for cover art, packaging, etc

Elevate the visual output of the label with fresh thinking, strategic design choices, and brand‑savvy execution

4-7 years of professional design experience, ideally within music, entertainment, or agency environments

Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop

Strong ability to retouch photos with a natural aesthetic

A portfolio that demonstrates excellent layout, type, and concepting skills across both print and digital formats

Exceptional time management skills with the ability to pivot when priorities shift

A sharp creative eye coupled with pixel‑perfect attention to detail

Agency or in‑house experience working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment is a major plus

Familiarity with country music, its aesthetic codes, and its evolving visual language is a bonus (but not required)
