As a Steward, you'll play one of the most important roles in supporting our full-service restaurant, serving as the go to person for all food, beverage, and supplies. Serve as the primary support for all food, beverage, and supply needs

Place orders while maintaining accurate documentation and inventory logs

Receive and inspect deliveries, verifying order accuracy, weights, and measurements while ensuring items meet quality standards

Stock, zone, and organize inventory in designated areas, including dry storage, coolers, and freezers

Rotate inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices

Maintain organized storage systems that support kitchen efficiency and accessibility

Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards

Previous restaurant, kitchen, or food service industry experience preferred

Experience with inventory, ordering, receiving, or supply management, a plus

Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards

Must be at least 18 years old

We currently own and operate over 370 restaurants throughout the United States and Canada under brands including The Cheesecake Factory, North Italia, Flower Child and a collection of other FRC brands. Our bakery division operates two facilities that produce quality cheesecakes and other baked products for our restaurants, international licensees and third-party bakery customers.
