Hospitality Recruiter - Work From Home

As a member of Empowered Hospitality’s Talent team, you will support a high volume of hourly, management and executive-level searches, using best-in‑class recruiting practices and delivering an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish. You’ll work in close partnership with our Client Services team—who lead the client relationship—while you focus on identifying, engaging, and supporting top‑tier talent throughout the recruitment process.

Sourcing, screening and selecting high-quality candidates to fit each client’s unique needs and culture

Introducing innovative solutions and leading practices to enhance E|H’s overall recruiting effectiveness

Cultivating candidate and client relationships to build robust talent and business development pipelines

Executing the full recruiting lifecycle for key leadership roles

Assessing client needs and advising on talent acquisition and retention strategy

Developing talent acquisition processes, tools and practices to increase our team’s overall impact

Delivering trainings to enhance the recruiting capabilities of E|H employees and client leaders

Nurturing relationships to expand E|H’s network, strengthen our brand, and identify prospective candidates and clients

Prior experience in a recruiting leadership role demonstrating strategic thinking, executive-level communication and strong relationship management skills

Experience building, leading and developing high-functioning teams

Strong MS office skills, business communication, and problem-solving skills

Bachelor’s degree required; human resources, business administration, or related field preferred
