Full Time Emergency Veterinarian

Overview
We are seeking a full‑time Emergency Veterinarian to join our team in Lynwood, Washington as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community.
Responsibilities
Provide emergency care for sick and injured patients, including surgeries and critical care.
Assess, diagnose, develop and oversee treatment plans for patients.
Manage hospitalized cases and collaborate closely with technicians to ensure high‑quality execution of care.
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree.
State Veterinary Board License - active and in good standing for the state of intended employment and obtained prior to start date.
Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.
Experience in emergency medicine or completion of small animal rotating or emergency internships is highly recommended.
Compensation
Salary negotiable based on credentials and experience, starting at $200,000 per year with production opportunities and a competitive base salary.
