Litigation Paralegal | Trust & Estates Litigation

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join a growing trust and estates litigation team supporting 2-3 attorneys. This is a great opportunity for a litigation paralegal who is looking to deepen their experience in a specialized and intellectually engaging practice area.

Provide litigation support to a team of 2-3 attorneys across all stages of case management

Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and discovery materials

Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review

2+ years of litigation paralegal experience

Prior trust and estates litigation experience is a plus but absolutely not required we welcome candidates with solid litigation foundations who have an interest in growing within this practice area
