Landmark Hotel Group is seeking an AM Line Cook for the Hilton Garden Inn located at 100 E. Set up work station with required tools, equipment, and supplies according to standards.

Inspect the cleanliness and working condition of all tools, equipment, and supplies.

Inform the Chef/Kitchen Mgr. of any supplies that need to be requisitioned for the day's tasks.

Transport supplies from the storeroom and stock in designated areas.

Start prep work on items needed for the particular menu of the day.

Inform the Chef/ Kitchen Mgr. of any shortages before the item runs out.

One Year experience as a line cook at a hotel or full-service restaurant

ability to obtain Food Handling and Sanitation Certification within four weeks of hire

Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required
