Description The Sales Counselor for our Blue Heron Nexus Division represents our pre-designed, architecturally significant homes throughout our planned communities. The Sales Counselor provides superior experiences throughout the sales journey for clients. Responsibilities Utilize sales strategies, presentation tools, and marketing resources to achieve sales goals.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Manage outbound leads through networking, prospecting, and cultivating new relationships.
Manage your sales pipeline independently, establishing connections with potential clients.
Welcome prospective clients and provide an experience aligned with the Blue Heron brand.
Accurately capture and manage client information in CRM throughout the sales process.
Maintain knowledge of floorplans, homesites, options, design, financing, and communities.
Educate Sales Associates and Sales Hosts on relevant topics.
Participate in marketing projects, Grand Openings, and Community Events.
Network to drive traffic and maintain lead follow-up.
Maintain acceptable sales conversion rates.
Attend weekly sales meetings and training.
Minimum two years’ sales experience, preferably in custom homes or new home construction.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred.
Availability to work weekends.
