Who We Are NOT Looking For: Agents who need to make money that they are so desperate Agents who can't buy their own leads to make sales Agents who need their hand held every step of the way We are not looking for the cheap agents who sell $30‐50‐70/month policies Not looking for people who are not coachable and have a giant ego Who We Are Looking For: An agent who is competent, speaks well, and can communicate effectively. An agent who isn't scared of showing high‐premium policies; Our company has partnered with multiple lead vendors and high‐end insurance carriers who sell high‐ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities). We are NOT your traditional life insurance company trying to sell traditional life, final expense, mortgage protection, or anything low‐premium. S. and do 100% of our business through virtual sales (telephone and/or Zoom) meetings. We have high starting contracts in place, a proven training system to plug into, a trusted lead source that all our high‐end agents run, and we just need more agents.
