Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with ICU experience to join our dynamic Medical Intensive Care Unit. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients with critical conditions. This position requires a commitment to providing comprehensive care while working collaboratively with the healthcare team.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
Monitor and manage patient conditions using advanced medical technologies
Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders
Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and documentation
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Respond to emergencies and assist in resuscitation efforts when necessary
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Current RN license in good standing
Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care experience required, with ICU experience strongly preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
Must be willing to respond to call within 30 minutes
Ability to float to Medical Surgical and Telemetry units as needed
