Hotel Bar Bartender: Full-Time

Job Summary As Bartender, you are responsible for the set-up, maintenance and operation of the bar. Warmly greeting guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explaining all specials, promotions and food items on the menu
Preparing drinks to industry and brand standards
Having a thorough understanding of service and timing standards and serve guests per these established standards
Maintaining a knowledge of food pairings and recommended wines or beverages that go well with appetizers, entrees and desserts
Maintaining a knowledge of food and drink menu items, promotions, ingredients and prep time
Perform responsible alcohol service per brand standards
Working in a team environment, assist other Servers/Team Members as needed
Food Handlers Card Required
~1-year previous bartender experience required
