We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Claims Examiner to join our dynamic team in Fairfax, VA. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex claims and make impactful decisions in a supportive and engaging work environment. Interpret complex policy coverages and determine applicability to submitted claims.
Manage all investigative activities for complex claims, directing discovery and litigation with legal counsel.
Analyze claims activity and prepare detailed reports for clients, carriers, and management.
Participate in claim reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 4-8 years of technical claims investigations/settling experience.
- Workers Compensation (WC) Adjuster License required according to jurisdictional requirements.
