Recruiter (hourly recruitment)

Job Description Adecco is seeking a motivated and people-focused Internal Recruiter to support recruiting operations for our Casper, WY office. Source, recruit, and screen candidates for a variety of client positions.
Conduct phone interviews and candidate assessments.
Manage the recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings.
Utilize job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and community outreach to attract candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring activities with clients and internal partners.
Maintain accurate candidate records within applicant tracking systems.
Support hiring events, job fairs, and community recruiting initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, associates, and clients.
Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or human resources experience preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technologies.
Passion for helping people find meaningful employment.
Competitive pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour to start, based on experience.
