At Sobe Innovative Rehab , we're looking for a passionate, experienced Physical Therapist Assistant to provide exceptional care to older adults and help them remain active, independent, and safely aging in place.

Primarily treat patients in Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), with occasional home/community visits.

Manage your patient schedule within the 9:00 AM-5:30 PM workday.

Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, function, and quality of life.

A licensed, practicing PTA with 3+ years of experience who is:

Passionate about helping older adults live independently.

Creative, flexible, and adaptable.

Committed to timely documentation and high-quality care.
