Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will provide vital direct patient care, significantly contributing to patient well-being and recovery as an integral part of our compassionate healthcare team.

Every day, you will assess patient conditions, administer medications, perform prescribed treatments, and meticulously document care. You will collaborate with RNs and physicians to implement individualized care plans, ensuring a seamless and high-quality patient experience.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate exceptional clinical skills, a strong commitment to patient safety, and excellent communication. Your compassionate demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Job Requirements
Required

One (1) year of SNF/LTC care of the aged, acutely ill, chronically ill and patients in need of restorative care.
Knowledge in the principles of nursing care within the LVN scope of practice.
Ability to communicate proficiently both orally and in writing in the English language.
Current Licensed Vocational Nurse CA.
BLS certified by the American Heart Association.

Bruceville Terrace provides skilled nursing, rehabilitative and complex medical services to our patients and residents using an interdisciplinary team approach. Over half of the facility is dedicated to skilled nursing/convalescent care, while the remaining beds are committed to meet the medical and rehabilitative needs of the short-term patient after a stay at the acute care hospital.
