Head of Project Management

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large, cross-functional projects through the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to successful delivery. The ideal candidate will manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects and programs.

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.

Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while managing issues and change requests.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

Monitor project milestones, dependencies, and overall progress against established goals.

Provide regular project status updates, reporting, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Facilitate collaboration between business and technology teams to align project priorities.

Ensure compliance with project management standards, governance, and documentation requirements.

Drive continuous improvement by promoting project management best practices and delivery excellence.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Experience managing project planning, execution, budgeting, risk management, and change management.

Proficiency with project management tools such as CA PPM, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.

Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.

Ability to balance scope, schedule, cost, quality, and resource constraints to achieve successful outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Technical understanding of application development, databases, or systems design is a plus.

PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
