Duties include planning and engaging in age-appropriate activities, ensuring proper hygiene and nutrition, and maintaining a structured daily routine. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, be patient and understanding, and have a genuine love for working with young ones. CPR and first aid certification is preferred. A flexible schedule is required.
