Graduate Nurse / RN ICU

In this role, you will employ the nursing process to deliver exceptional direct and indirect patient-centered care. You will coordinate patient care by collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team. You will demonstrate an understanding of growth and development principles across the lifespan, ensuring age-appropriate care for the diverse patient population we serve. Additionally, you will advocate for the nursing profession and foster professional practice through supportive interactions with colleagues. This position reports to the Clinical Nurse Manager.

Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a current nursing license in the State of Connecticut.

Effective verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.

Basic computer proficiency is required.
