Job Description:

Crain Kia of Bentonville is seeking a friendly and professional Service Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our service customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly as they arrive for service appointments.

Assist customers with check-in and check-out processes efficiently and courteously.

Provide clear communication regarding service status and estimated wait times.

Coordinate with service technicians and advisors to ensure timely updates and customer satisfaction.

Maintain a clean and organized service reception area.

Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries related to service appointments.

Assist with scheduling service appointments and follow-up communications as needed.

Required Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Experience as a service concierge or greeter preferred.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Professional appearance and attitude.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software.
