Job Description Registered Nurse Position

Vered Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Shores Nursing and Rehab Center in Blountstown, Florida .

Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our residents. You will administer medications, perform treatments, and maintain accurate records. You will also direct the day-to-day tasks of our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and foster a positive and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications and performing treatments

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care

Direct the day-to-day tasks of CNAs and provide leadership and guidance as needed

Fosters a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff

Utilize PCC electronic charting system

Qualifications:

Valid RN nursing license in Florida

Current CPR certification

PCC electronic charting experience preferred

Work Schedule:

Full-time employees: 12-hour nursing shifts with rotating weekends required

Part-time employees: 12-hour nursing shifts with 2 weekend days a month required

PRN employees: 12-hour nursing shift every 30 days required to stay active
