Part-Time Optometrist (OD)

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part-Time Optometrist (OD) to provide care in an outpatient clinic in Baltimore, MD.

This is a clinic-based role where you'll function as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations. This is meaningful, mission-driven work with schedule consistency without the overhead and administrative burden of running your own practice this opportunity offers flexibility and professional support.

This opportunity operates within a community-based outpatient clinic model.

Clinic staff are on-site full time

We manage equipment, supplies, scheduling, and billing logistics allowing you to focus entirely on delivering high-quality vision care.

Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments

Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions within your scope of practice

Prescribe corrective lenses and provide appropriate treatment recommendations

Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team

Deliver patient-centered care in a structured outpatient setting

This is not a high-volume retail model.

Our optometrists are integrated into established clinic environments and represent Comprehensive Mobile Care directly within each partner location.

Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program

Active Maryland optometry license

Experience treating senior populations preferred

Comfortable practicing in outpatient clinic environments

Part Time (consistent schedule 1-2 days per month)

Typical hours: 8:30am-4:30pm

No nights

No weekends

No billing or administrative responsibilities
