To provide medical services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to enable them to maintain optimal health and wellbeing.

Must possess basic computer skills

Must possess current and valid license for Practical Nurse

Experience working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred

Assists in providing basic healthcare services according to the individual's plan ensuring each individual's optimal health and wellbeing

Performs tasks as delegated, such as blood pressure monitoring, weights, and other assigned tasks

Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of supplies and equipment, ensuring restocking of inventory

Communicates immediately any changes in medical or behavioral status to supervisor
